    If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 30 days of receiving them.

    To be eligible for returns,

    • Products must include all accessories.
    • Products must be in the original packaging (open boxes and bags are acceptable).

    The following products cannot be returned for below reasons.

    • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
    • Items that have expired their warranty period
    • Non-quality-related issues (beyond the 30-day-money-back scheme)
    • Free products
    • Repaired through 3rd parties
    • Damaged from outside sources
    • Damaged from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)
    • Purchased from unauthorized resellers.

     

    How do I return my items?

    You have up to  30  days to start your return from the moment you receive the items. Please include the original packaging with your return.

     

    PLEASE NOTE

    We provide free and easy returns for orders within the United States for now.

    If your country is NOT listed here you will be responsible for the cost of your return.

    • Items from different orders can be returned within the same package.
    • Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team. If you do this, it will delay us resolving the problem.

     

    FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

    Step 1:  If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@skg.com and reference # SKG Online Return. We will email you a pre-paid return label within 4 business days.
      Step 2  Send the product back to our return address*.
        Step 3  Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).
