Shipping Information
After you have successfully placed your order from skg.com. Your order will be confirmed within 24 hours (weekends and holidays will take a little longer). You will receive an email with information regarding the details of your order.
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after order being confirmed. Purchases made after 1 p.m. PT will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 1 p.m. PT on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday (public holiday is not included).
Will my package be charged customs duties and taxes?
We ship all of our products directly from our warehouses in the US or China to your home, we will handle the payment of taxes and duties and will include this pre-calculated amount in your total price during checkout.
The taxes and duties are calculated based on the standard rates set by the destination country’s customs. At times, the actual import fees might vary slightly from our calculations for various reasons. If this is the case and the actual charge exceeds our calculation, we will always bear the difference. However, if the amount charged ends up being less than the costs incurred, we will not reimburse the differences.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
For the United States, orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days.
Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.
Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and SKG cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.
Tracking Orders
When your order starts to ship, a shipment notification with tracking NO. will be sent to your email so that you can track your packages easily.
Unsuccessful Delivery
Once the order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. In the event of an order being delivered to an incorrect address, or cannot be delivered at all, we will inform you by email. The couriers will hold the package for 5 days, and you may contact SKG or our delivery partners to arrange for another delivery.
