Returns & Refunds Policy 

We hope you enjoy your SKG Products. If there's any reasons you're not completely satisfied, we are here to help. You can return your items within 30 days after placing the order for a refund.

30-Day Return Policy

You may return most new, unopened, or gently used items within 30 days after placing the order for a full refund or exchange.

Who's eligible for a return?

  • The item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and gifts (if any).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • The products have not been used
  • The item was purchased directly from SKG.com

The following products cannot be returned for the below reasons.

  • Items without proof of purchase at SKG.com.
  • Products outside the warranty period.
  • Free or promotional items (including gifts with purchase).
  • Products repaired by third parties.
  • Items damaged by external factors (e.g., shipping damage after delivery, accidents).
  • Items damaged due to misuse (e.g., drops, water damage, extreme temperatures, improper operation).

How to start a return?

You have up to  30  days to start your return from the moment you place the order. Please include the original packaging with your return. Contact support@skg.com for the return address. We're always here to assist you.

  • Please DON'T return any damaged goods unless you're told to by a member of our support team.

FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO REGISTER YOUR RETURN

Step 1 - If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@skg.com and reference #SKG Online Return. We will email you a pre-paid return label within 3 business days. For all other return reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping. Please use a trackable carrier and include your order number in the parcel.

Step 2 - Send the product back to our return address.

Step 3 - Once your return item has been received by the warehouse, and it complies with our return policy, we will refund you through your original payment method. Please be aware that payments can take up to 14 working days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider. Returned items will be refunded, excluding the original cost of shipping (if applied).

We're sorry to hear you have received faulty items. We will be able to facilitate a free return for you if this is needed, regardless of your location. So that we are able to assist you in the best way possible, please contact our support team through support@skg.com with the following info:

  • Order number
  • First and Last Name
  • E-mail Address for order
