These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.skg.com (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through the Site.

The Site is operated by WAVE E-COMMERCE CO., LTD. (“SKG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting the Site, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Product Warranty Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or purchase products from us.

1. Eligibility

If you use the Site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, colors, images, prices, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions, images, colors, specifications, pricing, or other Site content are complete, current, or error-free.

Actual product colors may vary depending on your device settings and display. We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your submission of an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. We may accept, refuse, limit, or cancel an order at our discretion, including where:

  • A product is unavailable;
  • Pricing or product information contains an error;
  • We suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or resale activity;
  • Your payment cannot be authorized or processed;
  • The order violates these Terms or applicable law.

An order is not accepted until we send you an order-confirmation or shipping-confirmation email. If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount to your original payment method.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices, promotions, shipping fees, taxes, and other charges are displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice.

Payment must be completed using an available payment method at checkout. Payments may be processed through Shopify, PayPal, or other authorized payment providers. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other government-imposed fees, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery times, and eligible delivery locations are presented at checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, customs clearance, inventory availability, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or as otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

Our Return & Refund Policy and Product Warranty Policy form part of these Terms.

Eligible products purchased directly from the official SKG Site may generally be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy. Products are also subject to the applicable limited warranty described in our Product Warranty Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or waived.

7. Account Responsibilities

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Site. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate, complete, and current account information;
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
  • Restricting access to your account;
  • Promptly notifying us of unauthorized access or suspected security incidents.

You may unsubscribe from emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. To stop SMS messages, follow the opt-out instructions provided in the message, such as replying STOP. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, software, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to SKG and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not submit User Content that is unlawful, false, infringing, defamatory, abusive, obscene, misleading, or otherwise objectionable. We may remove or decline to publish User Content at our discretion.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SKG and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Site, or violation of any law or third-party right.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Site, or products purchased through the Site shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or state of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit those rights.
